A Family Affair.

Tomorrow Alastair and I head back to Sierra Leone, only this time we will be accompanied by his mother, father and sister.  His family has decided to make their first trip out to see the country where Alastair has spent so much time in the last five years.

His family is certainly the adventurous type and are excited about the experience.  It will also be an opportunity for Alastair and I to see some parts of the country that we might not have otherwise taken the time to see.

This means saying goodbye to Marlow on the Thames and the lovely Gallaugher home.

I did take the last opportunity to wear my wellingtons while we raked up some leaves.

Alastair took the opportunity to make me climb into the bin with the leaves.
